Please complete this application form clearly and fully and submit it to our Company, Caraclan, in order for your request to be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
Your application will be evaluated and finalized as soon as possible depending on the nature of your request, and in any case within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If the information or documents provided are incomplete or unclear, you will be contacted.
Additional documents and information may be requested for identity verification and authorization purposes. Our Company shall not be held responsible for the consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or unauthorized applications.
If our response to your application exceeds 10 pages, an administrative fee of 1 TRY per page shall be charged for each page exceeding the tenth page.
