MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT APPROVAL TEXT

This Membership Agreement Approval Text has been prepared for users who register and perform transactions through www.caraclan.com

(“Site”).

Before starting the membership process, please carefully read the terms below. By registering as a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all conditions set forth in this text, as well as the Terms of Use and the Personal Data Protection Information Notice available on the Site.

Every user who becomes a member of the Site and benefits from its services shall be deemed to have accepted the following terms:

The Member declares that they are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.

The Member accepts that all information provided during the membership process is accurate, complete, and up to date.

All transactions carried out through the Site shall be performed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Any unauthorized use shall be the sole responsibility of the Member.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the content and services of the Site without prior notice.

The Member accepts full personal responsibility for all transactions carried out through the Site.

The Member is obliged to respect the rights, privacy, and intellectual property rights (such as trademarks and patents) of other users.

A Member who wishes to cancel their membership may do so via the “My Account” page. Following cancellation, any remaining obligations related to previous transactions shall remain the responsibility of the Member.

The Member undertakes to comply with the applicable Terms of Use and relevant legislation throughout the membership period.

The Company reserves the right to update and amend this Membership Agreement whenever deemed necessary. Any changes shall enter into force upon publication on the Site. Members are responsible for following such updates.

Personal data provided during the membership process are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). The Member declares that they may access detailed information regarding the processing of their personal data through the Personal Data Protection Information Notice, and that they have read and accepted this notice.

By becoming a member, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all the terms stated above, the Terms of Use, and the KVKK Information Notice without any reservation.
