PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) INFORMATION NOTICE

This Information Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) in order to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data are processed by Caraclan as the data controller, to whom and for what purposes such data may be transferred, the methods and legal grounds for data collection, and your rights under KVKK.

1. DATA CONTROLLER

Your personal data are processed by Caraclan (“Company”), acting as the data controller, in accordance with Law No. 6698.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

Carrying out order and payment transactions,

Providing products and services and managing invoicing processes,

Providing and improving customer support services,

Managing campaign, promotion, and advertising activities,

Fulfilling legal obligations,

Conducting internal company operations,

Ensuring customer satisfaction and user experience.

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, legal advisors, suppliers, service providers, and business partners within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

4. METHODS AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are collected through automatic or non-automatic means via our website, e-mail, call center, social media channels, and mobile applications, and are processed based on the following legal grounds:

Explicitly stipulated by laws,

Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,

Being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,

Being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed,

Obtaining explicit consent.

5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, as personal data owners, you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data are processed,

Request information if your personal data have been processed,

Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose,

Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,

Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of conditions stipulated in KVKK,

Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction processes to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,

Object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems,

Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of your personal data.

6. APPLICATION METHOD

You may submit your requests regarding your rights listed above by completing the KVKK Application Form available at caraclan.com.tr and by:

Delivering it in person to our company address,

Sending it via a notary public,

Sending an e-mail to [email protected]

Applications will be responded to as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days, provided that identity verification is completed.
